It is not necessary to have the line “0,9 no effect”
The Beta term identifies the probability that the failure mode will result in the defined level of criticality.
You defined the criticality level for “Does Not Open” as “Critical” and you defined the probability of that Critical failure as “0,1”
That is all that is necessary for that failure mode.
