Thanks for the answer. But if I use the dormant conversion factor from Airborne Active to Ground Passive and my actual environments are consistent with “standard” airborne and ground fixed/benign (storage), then that is all I need?
I would only use other environmental factors or temperature if my actual environment isn’t part of what was assumed in the “Airborne Active” and “Ground Passive” categories. I haven’t seen where these are defined – do you know of a reference?
