I have a question concerning the IEC TR 62380 (also known as RDF 2000).
In the RIAC Start sheet for electronic reliability prediction (page 5, table 5) it says that the failure rate is calculated in operating hours. But I have heard from other sources that it is calculated in calendar hours.
And if it is calculated in operating hours, how would you get to calendar hours(since it’s important if you want to know the reliability of a product for the whole time)?
Hello Forum,
I have a question concerning the IEC TR 62380 (also known as RDF 2000).
Thank you for your help!
