In the new NPRD-2016, I notice a new environment, “AC”.  The explanatory text that lists and defines all the requirements does not define this one.  What is it?

The ‘AC’ environment designation stands for ‘Airborne, Cargo’.  This designation was used when was certain that the ‘Cargo’ platform was appropriate, but it could not be determined from the source database whether the environment was ‘Airborne, Inhabited Cargo’ (AIC), or ‘Airborne, Uninhabited Cargo’ (AUC).  This designation was inadvertently omitted from Table 1-6 in NPRD-2016.
