- The SpringHill Suites by Marriott is holding a limited block of guestrooms for course attendees at the group rate of $102/per night for a King Studio Suite (room rate includes complimentary Buffet and Hot Breakfast, complimentary wireless high-speed internet, and complimentary on-site parking). Hotel rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 14% plus $2.00 per night occupancy) in effect at the time of check in. Check-In/Check-Out Policy
- Guest may check-in any time after 4:00 p.m. and must check-out no later than 11:00 a.m. The hotel cannot guarantee early arrival or late checkouts for groups.
Guestroom Cancellation Policy
- The individual sleeping room cancellation or change policy requires 7 days advance notification in order to avoid a cancellation fee of first nights room and tax.
Parking
- Complimentary parking is available for registered guests. Unregistered guests attending function are not guaranteed parking (but can park if space is available) in the Hotel parking facilities. If necessary, alternate parking for function is located across the street at the 9th Street city parking garage for a nominal fee.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received more than five (5) business days prior to the course start date are fully refundable. Cancellations received less than five (5) business days prior to the course start date are not refundable and are subject to the entire registration fee, which can be applied towards a future offering of any Quanterion Solutions Incorporated (QSI) “Open” training course of the same value. Please note that if you do not cancel and do not attend, you are still responsible for the registration fee. QSI reserves the right to cancel training courses at any time up to two (2) weeks prior to the start date. In the event that QSI cancels, all registration fees will be refunded in full. QSI is not responsible for charges, other than registration fees paid, incurred by registrants from cancellation of any of the courses.
