Quanterion Solutions Incorporated is pleased to announce that Paul B. Losiewicz, Ph.D., has joined its staff as a Senior Scientific Advisor. Dr. Losiewicz recently retired from his Department of Defense position as Science and Technology Attaché at the US Embassy Prague, Czech Republic, serving as the Technical Lead for the Office of Naval Research Global (ONRG) Regional Engagement Office. The office serves the Global Technical Awareness mission and geographically concentrates on Central and Eastern Europe, with emphasis on new NATO partners.
Past overseas assignments have included serving as the C4I Liaison for the Air Force Office of Scientific Research within the European Office of Aerospace Research and Development in London from 2003 to 2008. Prior to serving overseas, Dr. Losiewicz was a Program Manager at the Air Force Research Laboratory in Rome, NY. Dr. Losiewicz has a Bachelors from the University of Colorado Boulder, a Masters from the University of Notre Dame and a Ph.D. from The University of Texas at Austin in Cognitive Science. At Quanterion, Dr. Losiewicz will support ongoing and new programs in cyber security and homeland defense.
