Dan Gonzalez, a Senior Engineer at Quanterion Solutions, has graduated from Leadership Mohawk Valley (LMV). The 10-month LMV leadership program develops a knowledgeable group of people prepared to be leaders in the community and to shape its future. Started 20 years ago, LMV has been successful because a sense of urgency to develop future leaders in the community. In his engineering position at Quanterion, Dan applies his expertise in reliability and quality to supporting the development of products and systems. He is also the company’s primary instructor for its reliability training courses for the Defense Department and commercial industry. He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University and a Masters in Business Administration from Syracuse University. Past Quanterion graduates of the LMV program include Eric MacDiarmid and John Reade.
